We have kept the soul authentic with smoky Spanish paprika, slow-simmered tomatoes, as well as ñora peppers from Murcia that lend a deep, raisin-like sweetness and subtle smokey flavour. In addition we have introduced red Jalapeño to elevate rather than dominate, its bright citrus-forward burn dancing atop the ñora’s earthy bassline to create a layered heat that builds gracefully.
