Our Sriracha takes inspiration from the Far East but is rooted in the rich traditions of Spanish gastronomy.

We blend red jalapeño with fresh ñora peppers, a cornerstone of Spanish flavour, as well as a generous quantity of fresh garlic for a sriracha unlike any other. The deep, fruity notes of ñora give this sriracha a uniquely smooth, mellow heat, perfectly balanced by the aromatic punch of garlic and the spicy lift of jalapeño. It’s silky, savoury, and layered, bringing a Mediterranean soul to the world’s favourite spicy condiment.
