Southern fire, slow-smoked! Our Peri-Peri is Andalucía’s take on the legendary piri-piri, blending smoked peppers and birds eye chillies with barrel-aged Sherry vinegar for a hot sauce that’s both richly complex, and irresistibly vibrant.
We use only ripe, red, and sun-kissed birds eye chillies, balancing their zesty, upfront heat with a savoury undertone of natural smoke, while barrel-aged Sherry vinegar adds a complex, nutty depth! The result is a sauce that’s hot, but never harsh; smoky, but never overwhelming, and packed with signature Spanish flavour in every drop.
